At Eclaraa, every item is packed with thought, care, and a little bit of magic. As a small business, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on most orders, unless there’s a rare issue on our part.

We offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item (not what you ordered)
  • The product was damaged during transit
  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect

To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at πŸ“© info@eclaraa.in
  2. Share a valid order confirmation or receipt
  3. Send clear photos of the item and packaging
  4. πŸ“ΉΒ Mandatory: If the product is damaged, provide a full unboxing video (from sealed package to fully opened, without cuts/edits)

⚠️ Used, washed items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

⏱ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing and your order cannot be changed or cancelled.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Items bought on sale or during a promotion
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards

πŸ’° Refund Processing

If your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If your order meets the eligibility criteria and is approved, you may request a replacement item for the same product.
