Return & Refund Policy
At Eclaraa, every item is packed with thought, care, and a little bit of magic. As a small business, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on most orders, unless there’s a rare issue on our part.
📦 Return & Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item (not what you ordered)
- The product was damaged during transit
- The item has a clear manufacturing defect
To request a refund or replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 📩 info@eclaraa.in
- Share a valid order confirmation or receipt
- Send clear photos of the item and packaging
- 📹 Mandatory: If the product is damaged, provide a full unboxing video (from sealed package to fully opened, without cuts/edits)
⚠️ Used, washed items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
⏱ Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, we begin processing and your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Items bought on sale or during a promotion
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
💰 Refund Processing
If your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
🔁 Exchanges
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If your order meets the eligibility criteria and is approved, you may request a replacement item for the same product.
