1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it so stay tuned!
2. Order Processing Time

Regular orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Custom or personalized orders may take 3–4 business days to process.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes up to 7–8 working days, depending on your location.
Please note: Delays may happen due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unexpected situations.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount – check our latest website offers!
5. Shipping Protection
For ₹29.00, you can add Shipping Protection at checkout.

Shipping Protection covers your order against loss or damage during transit.

Without Shipping Protection, orders cannot be replaced if damaged or lost in transit.
Please note: Eclaraa does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can use this link to stay updated on your delivery status.
7. Delivery Issues
If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, reshipping charges will apply.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
A full unboxing video (from sealed package to product reveal) is mandatory for damage-related claims.
For lost shipments, we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
